Schumacher Being Sued over Spanish Road Accident

A German motorcyclist has started legal proceedings against Michael Schumacher, who is still in a medically induced coma after a skiing accident in December.

The man claims that Schumacher was responsible for knocking him off his motorcycle on a roundabout in the town of Bormujos near Seville on November 17th 2013, which resulted in him badly breaking his wrist and damaging his bike.

Schumacher was in a rented Audi A4 at the time and it's been suggested that poor lighting may have contributed to the accident happening.

Recent reports suggest that Schumacher's condition is improving slightly. His manager says that he has shown small signs of progress and has been interacting with his surroundings. "There are moments when he is awake and moments when he is conscious, which make us happy and gives us great courage," Sabine Kehm told German broadcaster ARD.
